Ein weiteres kleines Indie Tape. Die Film Skool Rejekts sind Cyrus Tha Great, Future Joyner und DJ Prince aus Massachusetts. Das nach einigem Hin und Her veröffentlichte ”Music for the Bitches” ist das zweite Release von sieben geplanten in diesem Jahr, wem das gefällt, der wird also noch auf seine Kosten kommen. Soundtechnisch bewegt sich das Tape auf einem Jake One Niveau auf der Skala zwischen Underground und Mainstream, gut ausproduzierte, relativ glatte Beats, aber kein Trend Anbiederei sondern zeitloser Neoboombap, mit vielen Soulsamples – passend der Track auf Mayer Hawthornes “It Just Aint Gonna Work Out“. Gerappt wird auch, wie der Mixtape Titel andeutet fast ausschließlich Tracks über Frauen in Beziehungs, Bitch oder Sex-Form, alles ordentlich gerappt. Ebenfalls recht angenehm das Tape.
